Prevent Hair Loss

There are 9 points on the ear to prevent hair loss.  Today we are going to focus on 3 points on the head: vertex, temple and occiput.

Locate the antitragus area just above your ear lobe.

Use the tips of your fingers or nails to gently pinch the area until you feel a slight tenderness or use ear seeds.

Use this point everyday to help prevent hair loss.
